Meet Dr. Elphida Ayvazian

Dr. Ayvazian received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She completed a General Practice Residency followed by a two year Fellowship in Advanced Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset campus, where she received training in both surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry. Dr Ayvazian joined North Shore Prosthodontic Associates in 2002, where she maintains her private practice. Simultaneously, she went on to a three-year Graduate Program in Prosthodontics at the Manhattan Veterans Administration, New York Harbor Healthcare System / NYU College of Dentistry. Upon completion of her training she was awarded a Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2008 from the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System – Manhattan Campus.

Dr. Ayvazian is committed to education, and is currently an Attending in the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at New York Hospital College Queens. She is a member of the America College of Prosthodontists.
