Meet Dr. Elphida Ayvazian

Dental Implant and Prosthodontic Specialist in Great Neck & Woodbury, N.Y.

Dr. Ayvazian received her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She did her general practice residency at North Shore University Hospital / Long Island Jewish Health Systems, where she also completed a two year fellowship in Advanced Prosthetics and Implant Dentistry, and is now completing training in the speciality of prosthodontics at the Manhattan Veterans Hospital in New York City. Dr. Ayvazian is trained in every aspect of general dentistry, as well as in placing and restoring dental implants.

Elphida Ayvazian, D.M.D. is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Ayvazian has been an integral part of our practice for approximately 3 years.
